Introduction

Welcome to FAFA888. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and FAFA888 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the FAFA888 website located at https://fafa888.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content offered therein.

FAFA888 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving players based in Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions of Malaysia. All transactions on this platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Platform.

Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. FAFA888 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register an Account or place any wager. We enforce this requirement through KYC identity verification.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful under applicable local law.

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of FAFA888 or any affiliate, subsidiary, or related entity, nor a close family member of any such person, where such relationship would create a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds and winnings therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. FAFA888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately via our 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected].

FAFA888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any User at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport; proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months); and a self-photograph holding the identity document. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed or withheld withdrawals.

Deposits & Withdrawals

FAFA888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX instant banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at the Platform's discretion without prior notice.

• The minimum single deposit amount is RM50. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be displayed at the time of deposit.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of funds pending investigation.
• FAFA888 does not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal activities. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit we deem suspicious.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion charges are applied for MYR deposits.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• FAFA888 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes during peak operating hours, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks.
• We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request before processing, which may result in a processing delay of up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements and maximum cash-out limits as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• FAFA888 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, consistent with our KYC obligations.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on FAFA888 — whether on sports events (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other competitions) or casino games — are governed by these general terms and any applicable game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

• Bets are accepted and settled solely at FAFA888's discretion. The Platform reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that causes incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes to be displayed, FAFA888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid.
• The Platform uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all virtual casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated from licensed studios with professional dealers.
• FAFA888 does not guarantee any specific outcome on any game or sporting event. Gambling involves risk, and you may lose the entire amount wagered. Past results do not indicate future outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets and are displayed within each game or market interface.

Bonuses & Promotions

FAFA888 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements, free bet credits, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that particular promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. These will be clearly stated in each promotion and represent the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the maximum individual bet permitted while Bonus Funds are active is RM250 per round or spin. Placing bets in excess of this amount may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, whilst table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette may contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds carry an expiry date. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the point of expiry will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is limited to one claim per User, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse of Bonus Offers: FAFA888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or void any bonus or associated winnings if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a User has engaged in any form of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or other activity designed to exploit promotional offers.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the FAFA888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with or exploit the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing, or exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform software.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software, algorithms, or security measures.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, whether with or without your consent.
• Engaging in any behaviour that FAFA888 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory toward FAFA888 staff or other users.

Account Suspension & Termination

FAFA888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; provision of false KYC documentation; multi-accounting; or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination of an Account due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance and winnings may be forfeited in full. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach — for example, at the User's own request or as part of a self-exclusion — any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their original deposit method.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FAFA888 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

FAFA888's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FAFA888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform or any content thereon.

Intellectual Property

All content on the FAFA888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of FAFA888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of FAFA888.

The FAFA888 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of FAFA888. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence to use FAFA888's intellectual property without express written authorisation.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at fafa888.cam/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

FAFA888 collects personal data strictly for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and improvement of our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Responsible Gambling

FAFA888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of self-management tools accessible through your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall limit FAFA888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of our intellectual property rights or to address fraud.
